Across the terraceAs we approach mid-year 2009 and in the face of economic uncertainty the Soawaree family continues to grow and buck the trend with healthy levels of enquires and has hit the landmark stage of 50% sold units.

Three of the planned eight villas have now been handed over to their happy owners and we had full owner occupancy over Christmas and New Year for the first time.
